DELIVERY IN LATVIA

COURIER DELIVERY
Minimum order amount: 30 EUR
When placing an order, under DELIVERY METHOD, choose: COURIER DELIVERY
Delivery fee:
Riga, Riga district, Marupe, Pinki, Jurmala:
for orders from 30 EUR delivery fee is 5 EUR;
for orders from 50 EUR delivery is free.
Order delivery is made once a week with a courier – on Fridays.
Orders received from Monday to Wednesday are delivered on the same Friday before 6:00 PM. Orders received from Thursday to Sunday are delivered on the next Friday before 6:00 PM. The exact delivery time will be informed to the customer individually via email or phone on Friday morning.
PARCEL MACHINE
Minimum order amount: 30 EUR
When placing an order, under DELIVERY METHOD, choose: DELIVERY BY PARCEL MACHINE, then choose the nearest parcel machine.
Delivery fee by parcel machine: 3 EUR
The shipment will be delivered to the chosen parcel machine within 48 hours of payment.
The package can be picked up at any time, as street parcel machines can be used 24 hours a day.
Ordering items
When placing an order on the website www.origanic.eu the customer will receive an automatically generated order confirmation email to the specified email address. In case the customer has not received the order confirmation email from the website www.origanic.eu, please contact us by writing: [email protected] or by calling: +371 26391100, to ensure that the order has been registered. Within 24 hours of order confirmation on working days, the customer will receive a pre-payment invoice to the specified email address.

When placing an order, select DELIVERY TYPE:

DELIVERY WITH PARCEL MACHINE, then choose the nearest parcel machine to your location.
Delivery fee by parcel: EUR

The shipment will be delivered to the selected parcel machine within 48 hours from the payment of the invoice.
You can pick up a parcel from the parcel machine at any time, because the parcel lockers installed on the street can be used 24 hours a day.

Ordering the product

When placing an order in the online store www.karotites.lv, the Buyer receives an automatically generated order confirmation to the specified e-mail address. If the Buyer has not received the order confirmation from the online store www.karotites.lv to the specified e-mail address, please get in touch with us by writing to: [email protected] or calling: 26391100 to make sure that the order has been registered. On working days, within 24 hours after order confirmation, the Buyer receives a prepaid invoice to the specified e-mail address.
